Greg Shelton

Greg started attending Whitington in 1985. He worked for 15 years in the recreational vessel industry before joining the staff at Whittington as Associate Pastor in 1997.

Greg is a Spin Instructor at Cycle 1 Fitness in Benton, and enjoys teaching FCS (Fellowship of Christian Students) at Ewing and Benton. He also really loves volunteer work with children & elderly.

Greg says that “He loves the people of Whittington Church and the ministry of this body."

He married Patty on September 1, 1984 and they have two boys: David & wife Alicia from Akin IL and Patrick who lives and works out of state. Grandchildren are Gunnar and Gentry.

You might not believe that most people find Greg dull, boring and a little over-bearing.
