Molly Duncan, Keynote Speaker

Molly Duncan is a Certified Life Coach (CLC), entrepreneur, speaker, and woman of faith with a passion for helping others step fully into the life God has created for them.

She is the founder of Tattoos of My Soul, a faith-based life-coaching company born of her belief that even the deepest wounds and most difficult chapters of our lives can become part of a greater purpose. She is also the co-founder of All-In Nutritionals, where her passion for health and wellness meets her desire to help people live healthier, more intentional lives.

Molly is a featured speaker and podcast guest at health and wellness, motivational, entrepreneurial, and faith-based events, where she shares openly from her own experiences and encourages others to pursue greater purpose in every area of their lives. Her speaking style is authentic and relatable, allowing her to connect with people right where they are. She communicates with passion while keeping her message real, approachable, and grounded in everyday life.

In 2020, Molly and her husband experienced a traumatic, life-altering event in which they both nearly lost their lives. The deeply challenging journey that followed profoundly shaped her perspective on faith, purpose, healing, and what it means to truly live. What began as one of the most painful seasons of her life ultimately became a catalyst for the work she feels called to do today.

At the heart of everything Molly does is her love for God and for people. Whether through coaching, wellness, speaking, or simply sitting across from someone and hearing their story, she believes in meeting people exactly where they are, without judgment, and helping them recognize that their story is not over. We may not always get to choose what happens to us, but we can choose what we do with it.

Molly’s mission is to encourage women and men to embrace their life experiences and stories, discover purpose in what they’ve walked through, and courageously become all that God has created them to be- physically, mentally, and spiritually.

  • "Whittington is family. We've been there since Mother's day weekend 2006. Our marriage, our parent journey, our friendships, our spiritual well-being, our mental health, our finances; there's not an area of our lives that hasn't been touched and made better by Whittington Church and the people that attend there. Learning and following the Lord's principles with this group of believers has been such a blessing in our lives. I really don't think I could begin to measure the impact." - leighann tindle

  • "I feel loved before I even walk through the doors. I’ve never been part of another church where I felt so welcomed and so free to truly worship my Lord and Savior." - Pokey Squires
