Directions: 

From Benton, cross the Dam and at the Visitors center turn right. The Camp will be the second parking lot on the right. 

From Sesser, turn right on Rend City Road. Follow it all the way to the boat ramp on the left just before the visitors center. 

Whittington Church will be hosting Camp Son-shine for any student ages 4 - 14 with a disability and their families.  The camp will be designed for the whole family to participate with the camper.  The number of campers is limited so we are asking you to register on the Google Form. Access the form at whittington.org. We will ask for your basic information along with any other special needs so we may be prepared for anything your child will need to fully participate in the day.  We will be in contact with you by letter to confirm your attendance. Based on the limited number of campers, spots may be full even if you are able to register for the event. Please register no later than Friday, May 19, 2023. Registration may be closed sooner if spots are filled. 

The camp will be set up with many different stations to explore. Certain stations will be on a schedule while others you will be free to explore as you wish. There will be many professionals, teachers, and other volunteers to ensure a safe and fun day. We will have a fun day of boating, fishing, bounce houses, and other fun activities.   Lunch and snacks will be served. 

Please arrive by 9:00 to check in and receive your schedule for the day.

Event will be Rain or Shine.
