Children's Church

Children's Church at Whittington Church is available to all 3 year olds through 3rd graders and takes place during the weekend worship services on both Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Parents are asked to bring their children to the adult worship services with them. At a designated time, the kids will be released to go to Children's Church, escorted by our church deacons. Children's Church is divided up into a 3 year old through kindergarten group and a 1st through 3rd grade group. The two groups meet together for the first several minutes of Children's Church for a time of singing and worship in the Blue Room. Then the younger group is escorted to the Fellowship Hall for a time of teaching, games and snacks. The older group stays in the Blue Room for their time of teaching, games and snacks. The children remain in these locations until a parent comes to pick them up after the conclusion of the adult worship service. |
